What DNA file formats do you support?
We support raw DNA data files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, 24Genetics, and any standard VCF file. We auto-detect the format — just drag and drop your file. No new saliva kit needed.
Is my genetic data safe?
Absolutely. DeepDNA is fully GDPR-compliant and built with privacy by design. Your genetic data is processed on EU servers in Helsinki, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We never sell or share your data with anyone. You can request complete deletion at any time.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. DeepDNA reports are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical diagnoses. Our goal is to give you the knowledge to have a better, more informed conversation with your healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before making health decisions.
How does the AI analysis work?
DeepDNA uses a multi-model AI ensemble that cross-references your genetic variants against clinical databases, published research, and tools like AlphaMissense and AlphaFold from Google DeepMind. Each finding is explained in plain language and you can ask the AI follow-up questions about your results.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time. DeepDNA offers one-click data deletion from your account settings. When you delete your data, it is permanently removed from all our systems — we send you confirmation that your data has been erased. Your genome, your rules.
