How records stay current: every day an automated watcher checks CPIC, ClinVar, FDA drug labels, the FDA Table of Pharmacogenomic Biomarkers, AlphaMissense and new papers in Europe PMC for the genes, variants and drugs DeepDNA curates. It only proposes changes. A person reviews each one before it is published, and each published change becomes a new version of the record with the reason for it. How records are built: methodology.
